how to order

ordering
ordering from room online is easy. we selected PayPal to process our online orders so you know that your information is safe and secure. with PayPal you can pay with credit card, check, electronic transfer, or funds from an existing PayPal account.

select the items you want to purchase and click the 'add item' button. the paypal shopping cart will pop-up and display the items you have added along with any options you selected.

When you are ready to checkout, select the 'view cart' button on any product page. When your shopping cart displays, select the 'checkout' button.

the next screen asks for method of payment. if you have a PayPal account, sign in. if you do not have a PayPal account, select the 'continue checkout' button in the box with the headline 'Don't have a PayPal Account?'

if you do not have a PayPal account, the next screen will ask for your shipping information. shipping is required on all orders from room. enter your shipping information and select the 'continue checkout' button.

next you will be asked to enter the billing information (if different from the shipping information.)

once the billing information is entered, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. fill in all required fields.

submit your payment. PayPal will confirm that the order has been processed and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase, including an itemization of your merchandise. if you do not receive a confirmation, contact room directly to resolve the issue.

returns
we expect that you will be fully satisfied by all of the products we offer. if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality or condition of the merchandise, we will gladly accept the merchandise back except for: opened bedding, special ordered upholstered furniture and case goods where finishes and fabrics are selected by the customer and sale items. all returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. upon acceptance of the return, we will credit the purchase price of the merchandise through PayPal. all returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition. there will be no reimbursement of shipping charges to or from room. please contact room @ 402.342.7666 before making your return. upon receipt of the shipment, room will contact you by phone or email to confirm your website/ store credit.
